Shipping Policy

For all items purchased online, Humbertown Jewellers offers free shipping to all of our shipping destinations within Canada. In addition to free shipping, you can rest assured in knowing that your items are securely packaged and fully insured while in-transit.

Shipping Times:

Standard shipping may take between 3 - 5 business days, with the exception of remote locations, and is free of charge for orders shipping within Canada. Please allow an additional 7 - 10 business days for engraved or modified items to be shipped. 

Please Note: At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Orders must pass verification and must be shipped to a single address. Humbertown Jewellers is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes,etc. Orders will be shipped by Canada Post or Fedex and require signature. Humbertown Jewellers does not ship to P.O. boxes. Special orders, engravings and orders that require merchandise transfers are not within the delivery guarantee.

If a signature is required, someone should be present to accept the package, or it may be brought back to your local shipping facility; If signature is not required, your package will be left at the delivery address in the event no one is present to accept the package.
