Humbertown Jewellers Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

For all merchandise purchased online at HumbertownJewellers.com, Humbertown Jewellers will provide an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. The purchased item must be returned in its original, unworn condition within 30 days in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer any refunds after purchase.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be returned and will be sent back to you at your expense. If a bracelet has been sized or the sticker has been removed, the item will be considered final sale. Special orders and custom jewellery are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

We are able to process your exchange or offer a store credit in-store or online. In order to proces your exchange online, please contact customer service to arrange for an appointment. Your request for a prepaid shipping label must be made within 30 days.

Watch Return Policy

All watches purchased on HumbertownJewellers.com are only eligible for a store credit or exchange if the protective sticker has not been removed, and if the bracelet has not been sized. If a bracelet has been sized or the sticker has been removed, the item will be considered final sale.

Custom Jewellery

If a piece of jewellery has been customized, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Return or exchange

RETURN PROCESS

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified if your order is eligible for return. If your order is eligible, the below instructions must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return, and Humbertown Jewellers will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation:

Online Return

1.Customer Service Department

Contact our Customer Service department at service@humbertownjewellers.com and advise the representative that you wish to return your order. If your order is eligible for return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

2. Package Your Merchandise

The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise, the packing slip, original packaging, all stickers and any original warranty.

3. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label

We will email you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items. Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us. If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you. You must use the prepaid return shipping label sent to you. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return may not process. Humbertown Jewellers will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.

4. Processing Your Return/Exchange

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method.

In Store Return

2.Return Your Package to Our Retail Location

Return your package back to our retail location (to find our store location, click here) in its original condition. The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise, the packing slip, original packaging, all stickers and any original warranty.

3. Processing Your Return/Exchange

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method.
